Anyone have the actual data on this? Considering that they had several times as many people enter training in 2019 vs the previous few years, there had to be some ripples. Certainly the raw number of washouts would go way up even if the rate were constant. Even if you just look at the mature, AQP 145 program, there were lots of new, less experienced instructors. Lots of moving parts, not JUST hiring standards/processes.

I got a friend send gone today from Denver, 2 months into training at Skywest, he quit great job and now is asking to come back, I have class date in a month still hanging on my job to last minute. Something has to give, talked to recruiter today, keeps telling me nothing has changed on classes.

Oh I agree. I’m just amazed you are saying these things now. 6 months ago you were all unicorns and rainbows. I can’t help but think you are changing slowly.

This job will do that to you. As a side note.....y’all should lay off SG a little bit...she’s a great person and actually cares about the company and the people that are hired there.
