It’s been almost a year since I interviewed but if you are a DEC my tip is welcome aboard. A flight attendant will ask you to brief an approach plate. That’s about the gist of it from what I can recall.

Most people use https://www.aviationinterviews.com/ works just fine. Good luck.
Remember runway lighting, drag (induced / parasite), and talk about a system you’re familiar with on the aircraft you currently fly.

Do any of the regionals really expect to keep hiring? The legacies will have attrition due to retirements, but with all of the airlines slashing capacity, won’t the regional attrition stop since there is nowhere to go? You guys will most likely be seeing reductions too when United finalizes the new schedule.
