The sad part is that ExpressJet didn't even draw the loan money available to save it. They really did just want you folks to disappear. |

An airline's biggest asset is competent personnel. It is easier to create a new business plan for an existing airline with capable people than having to build a whole new operation from scratch. ExpressJet can operate a range of aircraft from 50-100 seats and be extremely competitive cost-wise. I am disappointed that United threw the airline in the trash like that. That was not a good decision on their part. |
