My friend tried and they told him " if we could have flown you in the night before we would have." He didn't argue and took a buddy pass from his dad so that he could avoid traveling at 4am the day of the interview.
I am going to try to stanby but am still wondering where the crew is based. I don't want to have to catch a shuttle back to the airport in the morning just to catch "the" shuttle to the interview.

Don't assume there is a shuttle from a hotel where crew stays to HQ. I didn't realize you are travelling positive space. I'd take the positive space and travel without worrying. You could easily be up all night trying to non-rev and still have to take the 4am hop. Good luck!

Oh my! So what would you do if you were me?
Just curious...
Thinking it might be better to stick with the flight I have and not deal with being tired the day of the interview.
Still don't know where to stay the night before for a direct shuttle.
