I agree and I hope you guys stay independent. We both have good Mgmnt teams who truly care about their employees and the industry needs more like them.

From a purely selfish standpoint, I hope it's not an issue for me. 
Hopefully, I'm outta here by summer, although that has nothing to do with the current trends. If I'm still here, I won't be complaining.
