My said same, opened the app and then it showed ready to down load with a red 1, clicked on it then it downloaded. Make sure you updated apple software first and have the other Fedex apps up to date.

I've seen it do this too. My fix was to open JeppFD-Pro app and you have to agree to the T&C before it will finish installing. Then even after it is installed the FedEx page still shows processing for awhile.

I also observed a long "processing" time, and decided to forget about it and just go ahead and use the old version. When I opened it, I ran across the Terms and Conditions Agreement dialogue, Accepted, and that seemed to free the snag.
The Airport Moving Map is a nice new feature.
