I'd ten times rather fly with a new-hire than one of the original Tools on The Toolbox.

This is a big boat, it doesn't turn on a dime. If we really want to change things for the better we have to stop pointing the finger at each other. I'll admit that is entertaining at times but it is counterproductive.
IMHO, the real problem lies with the way we approach problems in this country. For whatever reason the American society has a hard time with moderation. The pendulum swings from Chauvinism to radical feminism, Obama to Trump, Boom to bust, and so on. We're not being as smart as we could be.

There are positives and negatives to every generation stereotype.
Lets try to identify the best in each and evolve.
