So deliveries for this order start in about 1 year for the 76s and two years for the 77s.

The FedEx Stat Books, published with every quarterly report, have a projected delivery schedule for aircraft.

Comparing the Q3 and Q4 stat books, it appears one additional 767 and 777 deliveries in FY2019, one additional 767 and one less 777 in FY2020, two additional 777 and eight additional 767 in 2021, and two additional 767 in 2022.

You could go off curent Numbers (Pilots/Aircraft on Property), but its a moving target. Currently in flux with constant Training and Aircraft Deliveries.

If you're interested in how the new airplanes might impact the number of pilots on the seniority list, you also have to consider which hulls are going to be sent to Victorville (MD-10-10s and A310s, initially) when the new iron arrives.

I really think the Ronald McDonnell types on the list should STAY on their favorite MD10/11's! These are going to be around for a while. According to what I've heard [rumor, of course...], the Hamburglars are going to be around through 2030, since the company simply cannot give up the lift, and they continue to fly fly fly. These airplanes have LOTS of life left, there is no reason to bid down into a disgusting brown cockpit-

The MDs have been carrying a lot of freight lately. Lots of extra YYZ YMX and other cities. Based on the % I cease in freight that’s currently happening as mentioned in the announcement the planes can be for growth or replacement. Currently I think they’re for growth. Of course once all the current orders 76s are on property that could change but I think the MD will become a domestic only plane. It seems to be flying more and more transcon routes lately.

With the number of open time trips every month we appear to be becoming short staffed.
