Nucleus Open Time Prototype Survey
Did ya'll see the Nucleus Open Time prototype? I am not a big fan.
First I don't see it as being Smartphone friendly. Second, I want real time trip trading and FAR/Contract testing. Why are they wasting time on this crap? (My opinion, yours may vary) |

Not sure what they are trying to improve. Didn't look any better to me. And yeah, how bout real time trip trading like everybody asked for! Waiting hours for a response is ridiculous.

Just watched video. Don’t really care much for it. Looks cumbersome! My vote is keel what we have and I’ll stick with fxcal. Plus 100% agree in real time trip trading.

Take the survey and TELL THEM YOU WANT REAL TIME TRIP TRADING !!! I also want FAR/Contract testing .. in other words, as soon as I hit enter on a trade, the computer tells me you can't do that because of FAR XYZ or contract section XYZ. Why do I have to wait for the scheduler to give me some bullcrap reason? |

Do i like it better than FxCal, No. Do i like it better than VIPs, Yes. Ideally we wouldn't have to use third party apps to do our job.

Nearly everything I do for work is through my smartphone ... sometimes iPad. The only thing I use the desktop for is at work waiting to brief with the Captain. |
Having no previously embedded habit patterns, I kinda like it as far as an interface. FXCAL offers more frustration than use at this point, it’s difficult to look at and decipher, and too much back and forth to compare it to what my given month already looks like - but, reference previous statement. It’s all new to me.
That being said, the previous remarks make sense to me about live trip trading. If the process isn’t made better, what’s the point in making a pretty interface? Lipstick on pigs and whatnot. (Happily open to FXCAL suggestions if it’s better than I think.) |
