To the best of my knowledge, they don't set class dates for new hires based on a full spectrum of soc numbers...;)
😂 Thanks for that breakdown. Maybe it was a stupid question. Was wondering where I stood but it could go either by way no matter how high or low your number is.

I believe somewhere around 390 +/- have been hired in 2021? They've been having classes roughly every two weeks, with around 33 per class. Depending on training or not during peak and holidays, could be around 8-10 more classes for the year? All just a rough guess.

A dec 5th 2020 BI hire is ~400 numbers above the caboose for the latest class.

390 was an excellent WAG!

Sorry if this has been asked, but Is there a seat lock for new hires? How often do they let you bid for a different airplane (i.e. an AE)?

Every seat has a 2-year seat lock except the B757 FO. System Bids come out at the company’s discretion which is typically once every 12-18 months.
