Class drops..

Just curious where the new hires in the Jan. 7th class went. Wondering if they are going into all the fleets or if the company is waiting until the bid closes to open the gates.. ?

Look at the master seniority list and you’ll see what aircraft each of the new hires got.

3-4 777s. Several 757s. An MD-11. And one VP of Flight Ops.

I guess I wasn’t quite clear. The names of all the new hires were published. You can look at the aircraft specific seniority list to see if any of the new hires are on such list. It would be nice for the to post what aircraft the new hires got.

Except....there isn't an aircraft specific seniority list. There are aircraft specific bidpacks that list seniority, but since none of them are checked out yet (yes, it takes more than a week to get checked out), you won't see any of them in the bidpack. The bidpacks were published before the Jan 7th class even showed up on the first day. But you would know that if you were actually a FedEx pilot.

So there's something you can use as information for your next troll post.

A bit snarky aren’t we?

Except....there is a master seniority list on VIPS that can be broken down by base, seat, and/or equipment. If you just select equipment you’ll end up with an aircraft specific seniority list....Voila....Go check it out! You’ll even find those January 7th new hires on it that haven’t been checked out yet.

You may want to how to use what’s infront of you. You can select aircraft type, base and seat. And yes they are already on the list. SMH give up the FedEx Pilot BS already. Put it to rest

I guess he will say you don’t work for FedEx either.

If you do and have access to the info, why didn't you just answer the question in your first post?

Overnitefr8 01-13-2019 05:07 AM

I took it that the OP was someone looking for a job here and was wondering what the latest class drop was. If that is true, he wouldn't have access to VIPS to see the master seniority list.

Another fun day begins with the 12 angry men!

They went into all fleets. However those assigned the 757 will be eligible to bid out on Wednesday.

Yes, you're correct, I'm wrong. I didn't recognize a name I was looking for, as apparently he goes by a different first name.

However, that doesn't prevent me from getting irritated by someone (Star Clipper) who has been trolling here for quite awhile.

I did answer the question, just not clear enough for you I guess

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Easy there bubba, I don’t want you getting HBP. I’d rather wait for your retirement to move up a number.

And that name you were looking for, did he get the 757? Because I was curious as to what airplane someone got. They also went by a different first name. 😎😎

You told him where an employee could find the info - you did not provide the info because you are not an employee.

maybe you do work as a pilot for fdx, but if so you are the dopiest dope on the seniority list. IMO

Anthrax 01-13-2019 08:28 AM

pop quiz, Mr. Clipper. The info as to which aircraft a certain someone got is readily accessible in VIPS. So you tell us which aircraft, and I’ll even give you a hint: perhaps one of the benefits of him getting a seniority # was the opportunity for international travel. Everyone else shush, and let’s hear his answer.

busdriver12 01-13-2019 08:42 AM

I believe that Star Clipper has access to VIPS information through a parent or friend, so he might be able to give a valid answer.

But hopefully the OP has gotten his question answered adequately.

What makes me the dopiest dope? My difference in opinion especially during TA 2015?

Just block the dip**** and stop responding. It’s pretty easy.

They won’t show up in the bidpacks until after they are activated following their respective IOE Line Checks.

That makes sense. I was surprised to find them on the seniority lists at all, though, so soon after being on the property. I assumed you'd have to pass the training first, but apparently not.

Interesting that no one got the 76 even though it has the most vacancies in the bid? hmmmmm.

DirtyPurple 02-01-2019 06:11 AM

I'm hearing the 4 Feb 19 class is mostly (or all) Airbus & 757. Unofficial channel for now. Waiting for confirmation next week.
