definitely a typo...posting via the phone not always my friend.


As to the 30 hours use point, my understanding is that one of the players has a 7 day vacation period. If the VTO request to reduce hours used to 30 is approved, the 12 hours saved and presumably still in the bank will be paid Dec 31st at the individuals pay rate then.
Shoot, for some of our Millionaires that could even be at the Upgraded Capt rate.

Depends on your hire date...it’s prorated for the year.

Hired on January 1st and you have 15 days to use when you bid on vacation for the next year. Hired in July and it’s 7, pretty sure FedEx always rounds down. (Technically another term but, hey, we’re pilots...not mathematicians)

Then it’s 5 year increments, mostly 😁
22 days after 5
29 after 10
36 after 20

For you, unless you were hired in Jan or Feb, it would be a double pay raise, the contract increase starting with the NOV bid month plus your years of service increase (i.e. third year pay)
