Default Company email on ipad

My company email account on the company iPad is acting up. It keeps asking for the password. I type it in but I guess it doesn’t like it. Anyone know where it was mentioned how to set it up so I can just start all over. I didn’t see any FCIFs

Mine did that when I signed out of "the cloud"....sign back in and see if that works. If not, maybe the iPad genius's in MEM AOC (available from 0900-1030, and 1500.1630 daily ) will know.

Try entering your LDAP password in iOS Settings. Go to Settings, Passwords and Accounts, tap Exchange Active Sync, tap on your FedEx email address, tap in the Password field and enter your password. Be sure and tap Done when finished.

Go to the Home screen and launch Hub. Tap “This Device”. Tap “Sync Device”. This will force the iPad to sync with the AirWatch server and accept the email password.

My password expired during the recent Password management fiasco. I had to call the automated line to reset it. After the call-in reset, it failed to work on a lot of things (iPad mail being one of them). I reset it again about a week later using the link on PFC and everything seems to work now.
