I sincerely hope this trend doesn’t continue for our Purple friends and your future operational plans are not negatively affected. Fedex or UPS in a bad situation does not help us at all, especially going into contract negotiations, although this time it’s different due to looming retirements. My fear for Fedex is they will shrink or stagnate the flying side and truck more stuff around like UPS did years ago. That created a lot of stagnation combined with economic slowdown. I wish only the best for our Purple colleagues!

I am not worrying about FDX until starclipper starts pretending to be a UPS Pilot.

Interesting lack of response to this topic after the earnings call and the PFC article from DD . . .

Oft overlooked in all the talk of earnings misses and stock prices, FDX reported net income of $745M for Q1’FY20.

Its not time to dust of the resume but there will be some belt tightening around here and GEEZ lets stop hiring. 4.a.2.b. Sucks. Dont want to go thru that again.
