That was big. Looks like the next 1-3 years will see huge growth per earnings call. They (CEO Level) are calling it "The new normal".

If you think they are gonna increase the A-plan without making us earn it.... We wont get an A-plan increase without also getting a red letter at some point. Have we taken a “vote” since the 98 contract? No.

This ^^^^^^^ We will have to call some bluffs by the company. Especially since the rest of the industry is in concession negotiations as we speak.

That’s exactly what a lot of us thought when we settled for less in 2015. But, if I remember correctly, you were a supporter of the 2015 contract.
