KNOWN TROLL, previously banned in fedex forum by admin for “working” for several airlines. Easiest to put on IGNORE list.

FYI, I volunteered to give up proof of employment at FedEx to admin but he didn’t care. He said some guys weren’t happy with my post. So regardless of what you may think, my NO vote counted last contract and it will count again this time if I don’t like what’s presented to us

This have nothing to do with me, I'm very comfortable with my job now. Like every other company it has it plus and minus. It just seems like the best thing that can happen to you guys with all the changes. Your senior guys are being selfish if they won't agree to it. And yes I have considered FedEx and now the Legacy carriers

Is that date a typing error or do you really mean March 2017? If so why do you guys have training schedule 2 yrs away? Is that normal?

Just a few of your quotes to prove that you don't work at FedEx or have a problem with the truth. The quote asking about training dates was from June 2015. If you got to vote on the 2015 contract, you would not have had to ask that question.

You still don’t get it, this doesn’t prove that I wasn’t at FedEx at the time. Like I said, I offered admin my proof of employment. He can still verify and will prove that I employed years before contract 2015.

I'm not saying you aren't employed at FedEx, you just are not a line pilot and never have been. So, are you saying you were lying in late 2014 when you said you worked at a different airline. TROLL!!!

I'll offer you the same deal, call me, my number is not hard to find. I'll check the facts and verify one way or the other. Then you can remain anonymous.

Brian were you at Express Jet before FedEx? That’s the only Brian H I know at FedEx. If so I believe I already have your number.

Then the company abused the language and we lost the grievance.

It’s hard to trust and verify when the group you are verifying with has a track record of getting their a s s handed to them in mediation...that is when they actually go to mediation. More than likely they’ll agree with the company’s position or try to talk you out of the grievance. If you persist, they’ll let you file it on your own without their support. Yes, that’s actually going on right now with a grievance that has merit.

As I said in the survey, I have zero trust in the union’s ability to defend intent and battle the company’s Varsity contract lawyers. Therefore, I have zero trust in the pancake plan. Retirement is too important an issue to try and nail down an unproven concept backed by notoriously weak Union leadership with a propensity to fold like a lawn chair when it really matters.

I don't think you understand the RLA. There is no mediation in a grievance - mediation comes during Section 6 with the NMB. I imagine you don't understand the issues with the lie flat verbiage either

Ok wrong Brian H, I just looked at the seniority list, there are 10 Brian H.

You're a smart pilot, I bet you can figure it out.
