By the way, not every FedEx pilot is on FB, let alone JF. I quit that trash a months ago. So I have no idea who you are. For all I know, you could be the troll.

Anyway, I try to follow FedEx social media guidelines. Is that what you are doing by asking us for personal information without divulging yours?

I’ll accept your apology though. Honestly, it’s not that big of deal, it’s more of a pet peeve of mine. I’m not one you need to convince to your side so it doesn’t make a difference to either of us. I’d actually read your posts on this subject with enthusiasm. Just not enough to go on someone’s private website and give personal information. I don’t want to read it that badly. But by all means, keep your finding here and I’ll keep reading them.

Thank you for proving the point... you are unable to log into anything related to FedEx. That was easy. And now you are on the ignore list.

If you disagree fine, that’s kind of a stupid reason. Apparently he’s already got the list with your full name and employee number. It’s not exactly private and personal information. That’s not enough for me to check in for a trip over the phone without my super secret code word.

Disagree? Fine. To lazy or disinterested to look at a different and researched opinion? Your choice. You do you, but to hide behind an employee number and your name as a reason just seems petty. There are certain debates we should keep behind closed doors.

Ah the cats out of the bag!!! If you don't agree with a made up website with no fact checked data by a pilot acting as a retirement specialist then you are NOT A FEDEX PILOT. I think the motives of these individuals are starting to show.

Oh and the material produced by actual actuarial professionals and retirement specialist shouldn’t be trusted. Are we truly this dense as a pilot group? I hope not.

Remember the “we should hire outside consultants and professionals” crowd? Most of those who cried about this are in this spread misinformation crowd. The union goes and hires these outside consultants and this same crowd is now screaming “pilots with a webpage know better”. We have a small group who are truly becoming the laughing stock of the industry.

Still waiting for you to tell us all about the FCIF in question.

question: who would manage all of our delicious buttery pancakes?

question: How much would they get to eat?

Answer: The same type of investment professionals who manage our current A plan funds. This is in the materials sent out over the last 4-5 years.

Answer: It depends just like our current A plan. Dependent on YOS, earnings, etc. Remember those in the early 2000’s who worked harder under our current A plan got more pancakes. Some didn’t achieve the high 5 while others did. Once again all in the material sent out.

that’s not at all what I said. What I said was to hide behind four numbers and four letters was petty.

My understanding is the ‘pros the union hired’ were a consulting group who wrote the damn book with the idea and serve to consult a lot more pilot groups if we swallow their pitch. I’m just saying look at all sides not just the one that a modeler, based on a whole bunch of ‘to be negotiated’ assumptions, created by said consulting group selling a product.

You can blindly follow the MEC, I choose to look at both sides and make a decision. Hopefully the conclusion is neither the 130kwe have now, or the ‘you’ll see the total the year you retire’ and work more now to get a big stack at the end, but instead something else with front end gains and built in overtime increases.

Seems to me a guy who wants no work and all play would want a plan that benefits cumulative calendar days (current fixed a plan) between now and retirement not credit hours earned during those days (proposed pspp)

I wrote four sentences. Which one is not true? Saying you need a log in to view something is not the same as saying it is prohibited from being published in public.

Go ahead and ignore what I said if you want. But clearly I made a reference to FedEx social media policy for a reason. Still looking for your deletion.
