My favorite FWS quote from the Nov 1995 red letter, just for all of those guys that don't seem to get which side they're on:

"In fact, the vast majority of our pilots have continued to serve our customers through volunteer and overtime flying during the negotiating period, and we greatly appreciate their loyalty and support."

If you have any doubt which side of the negotiating table benefits from the greedy, Fred spelled it out right there - and even says thanks!

Yes, it is a common union-busting technique to try and get us infighting instead of focused as a common, unified group.

Exactly. And don't be surprised when other crewmembers mention the scheduler added note "willing to extend" on your schedule.
