Default PSA New Hire Class

Hello everyone (PSA pilots mainly),

I will be in the July 21st new hire class at PSA. Any PSA pilots or new hires have any study material/power points that they can share? It would be greatly appreciated. I've received the limitations packet and I have been reading the CRJ 200 manual to get somewhat of a foundation for initial training. I'd like to be well prepared when going into training, so any recommendations for studying and/or documents/powerpoints would be appreciated.

No I do not want to hear any flaming/bashing.

Thanks

They will teach you everything...their way. Stop looking over crap. It won't help. You'll just confuse yourself.

This, plus you're not allowed to share company material.

Like others have said, I'd recommend some R&R so you're fresh headed and ready to drink from a fire hose.

How about a question though because I'm genuinely curious. Why would a new hire choose to go there? 'Promise' of quick movement I assume?

Well he was going to go to xjt, then he found out that new hires get paid $300/week, no flight pay or perdiem until after completion of IOE. Ouch.

My buddy went to Xjt. He was getting full guarantee after his maneuvers validation.
