Isn't that the point of the vaccination? Im neither pro vac or anti vac. Don't you take the vaccination so you can go to work as long as you are not symptomatic? So why would you expect to get out of work if not symptomatic and not a positive test?

I would rather be paid half like many other outfits last year and most of this year outside our job description. Right, Wrong or Fair don’t care, but what a Really Good deal that was. Would have been nice to have a break, but it’s nice to have a job as well - No arrhythmic dysfunction..

So our union should have negotiated to have them go out unpaid? So pre vaccination all pilots should have had to use all the sick bank they had to cover being for ed to stay home due to being a first hand contact? After vaccination release we should have forced everyone to get the pokey? If not we should have punished those who chose not to by making a first hand contact an unpaid leave if sick bank was exhausted?
