If not we should have punished those who chose not to by making a first hand contact an unpaid leave if sick bank was exhausted?
Now that folks have had plenty of time to get it done, it needs to come out of their sick time or disability if they run out. No more free vacations.

You just (inadvertently) summed up the entire problem.

This has all been misidentified as being about beliefs.

It's business, science, and government - all of which frequently embody differences of opinion on how things should be done (none of which any of us are in charge of).

It doesn't have a damn thing to do with beliefs.

So what happens to the vaccinated pilot who gets Covid? Does that same pilot exhaust his sick and DSA after doing what Faucci told him?

Did uncle Sam force you to get vaccinated bc of your weekend job flying for Country? Does that pilot expect FedEx to pay him because old red white and blue shoved it in him and now he has covid? Why doesn’t uncle sam poney up?

Do we have an answer from the Union regarding the company’s “you must answer if asked” stance? Is “I still don’t want to tell you” an option?

Yes its an option on the company site. I think its worded “no vaccination planned”. Easy and done. Whats so hard with that? Why would the union need to give you an answer to a company policy? I think the last letter from union said if operational in nature its legal.
