Not trying to start a fight here but are we supposed to be grateful because instead of making retirement worse in 2015 you kept it the same?

This bespeaks 2 salient points. 1) Co NC wants 50% + 1….cheapest TA possible. (They do not put much value in your services). 2) Do NOT be fooled by sales pitch from NC/MEC. They WILL try to sell it to you, no questions asked. Both of these elements have existed every TA at FDX.

2015 TA passed ~56%. How many “yes” votes have buyer’s remorse due to sales job?

How about Vacation, Retirement, Min daily pay, Monthly Guarantee, Revision and Extension Pay, Block Override and International Override? How many DAL pilots are on those wide-body rates? How much of their career is on those rates?

I can clearly see many have G Locked on a pay rate. If we are just chasing a pay rate then are we willing to take the rest of DL's contract? We are paid based upon a pay rate multiplied by numerous other work-rules and factors. Lets not forget those ALL IMPORTANT underlying factors as I mentioned above.

I have another novel idea, although not popular on the inter-web complaint boards. Lets let the full language come out. Lets actually see the language. Then lets look at what we already have that far exceeds many of the bullets on the AIP document. It will be surprising to some, but many areas we are far superior on currently.

I've been hearing this same narrative from a small group of people lately. It's almost like they're scared of the Delta AIP and what it might mean to us, and they're trying real hard to defend what may have already been TA'ed. Pay no attention to the Delta TA! Everything we have is so much better! Ignore the pay rates! They are irrelevant! Do not arouse the wrath of the Great and Powerful Oz! I said, "Come back tomorrow!" Do you presume to criticize the Great Oz? You ungrateful creatures! Think yourselves lucky that I'm giving you audience tomorrow instead of twenty years from now. The Great Oz has spoken. Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain! The Great Oz has spoken!

NoWork claims he doesn't have an office on Kirby, but I'll bet he knows his way around the place.

What exactly does "hold the line" mean in your eyes? I have seen almost zero pilots holding any line whatsoever. So if NMB doesn't want to release us, what would make the company give in to what you want?

Exactly. If anyone had any doubts about this guy being a management operative, this resolves it. He’s conspicuously trying to lower expectations for widebody captain rates by reasoning that Delta has a comparatively low percentage of pilots flying wide body aircraft. What a tool.

Then he\she would've been able to answer the questions raised some time ago. Been too many errors\inconsistencies for me to think NW is associated in anyway with FedEx.

Also don't think NW's ever taken anyone's offer to PM identity confirmation either

What is an acceptable contract?

More Pay, More Retirement Benefits-A plan & B plan.
Better work rules.
Hopefully the Deviation debacle regarding our Previous NC failure to even ask 1 fricken question about Lie Flat\DB funding is fixed.
NO Changes to Vacation rules other than an improvement (or creation of yearly PTO)

Uh,...yes? BTW, I was a "No" vote for that one. Do you like having a pension?

No, you are supposed to be grateful that the old guys didn't get an improved retirement at your expense. Now, don't screw the old guys on this contract, we've earned a better retirement.

The failures of the union to keep increasing the A plan are not the failures of the old guys.

Don't blame me, I voted no!
