At the end of the day that’s all that will matter.
My stance is not due to the current state of negotiations. Does it help? Of course not. I'm well aware we have bean counters and accountants running this business, as is every airline at this point. And as far as the grass always being greener? I assure you I'm not wondering what the other side of the fence is like.

I don't want to be hyperbolic but some of the thought process is almost cult like in how they talk about people leaving here. As if somehow they have betrayed the trust of our company by daring to find another job that is a better fit. Or like they got caught cheating in a marriage. Maybe it's just me but it seems strange.

yep, I don’t have high hopes for the contract. Too many company men

The strike vote will probably barely pass with the amount of bootlickers we have… and that’s a mostly symbolic vote. I’m sure the union is worried about even putting it out. Anything less than 90% approval and 100% turn out is an epic fail.

Are you talking about AH’s public TPN post equating considering new employment being unfit to fly at your current employer? That idiot is sucking up to FedEx management after they suspended him for six months for his epic social media disaster…

same dude who strongly supported the 2015 TA. same dude who’s side hustle is fdx interview prep, which i believe management allows. By the way, I’m not aware of the specifics, and I could be wrong, but didn’t management fire a dude for running the same sort of side hustle?

Yeah, because TG didn't get in bed with management like AH did.

Nope, not just you. This attitude is probably due to ego or insecurity. It seems that some take it personal when you don’t validate their idea that this place is the best at all times, especially going into perpetuity. So they attack the person’s character or decision making abilities (intelligence). It’s the classic ad hominem that is used when you can’t defend your own position with facts.

Love it or leave it. All choices are binary. How dare you think critically about situations. We must trust our leaders. By the very nature of their elevated position no doubt can be given to their abilities or motivations.if you want to ask questions maybe you should have gone to flight attendant school.

Now drink this purple Kool-aid. Everyone knows it's the best flavor. Just ask Jim Jones.
