The Openers document published by the mec shows all the QOL items we are seeking. They’ve all been TA’d. The only items still being negotiated are amendable date and pay.

Why does our retro pay or signing bonus or whatever you want to call it keeps being neglected when talking about our negotiations?

Also, Trust but verify. I will be reading every page and I will have questions.

Why is retro retirement ignored? This, and the retro pay (pennies on the dollar) are the real reason the contract is being delayed by the company.

They are saving millions, just like they did with passover pay.

Remember, TODAY, they’re broke and can’t afford to pay us CURRENT UPS Rates. In 2021, the year the contract expired, they were making RECORD Profits on RECORD Revenue while we worked on an expired contract. Now, retro pay? Pockets empty. Poor House.

Im not sure if you referring to my post but I specifically said pay instead of pay rates. The two sections that are still being negotiated are section 3 and section 31, pay and amendable date.
