After 45 minutes of talking about head count and reductions, Raj thanked the FedEx team and reminded us we work for one of the most admired companies in the world. We were also voted in as one of the most ethical companies in the world to work for. So we got that going for us. Which is nice.

It is called fleet modernization. The Mad dog has been on the chopping block several times in the 16 years I have been here and this is no different. The last thing I read is cargo will increase by 20% and if we can save bucks now we can live until the new fleet is flying cargo. Talk with the training instructors on what they expect and it looks good from their perspective. Training is hiring ex Delta pilots, why, they expect future growth

Agreed. But scope improvement is important to limit the weaning from giving our flying to ASL, Atlas, and other carriers.
