Better yet, after they close the bid, file a grievance to invalidate the entire thing because of non-compliance with the contractual requirements of the bidding process.

Contract says they only have to give us 1 practice bid and it looks like thats what were going to get..

the only contract requirement is to have one practice.

24.B.4
”The Company shall publish at least one practice bid award between 7 days and 3 days prior to the closing of any System Bid . The results of a practice bid(s) shall be communicated to pilots through the Company’s appropriate electronic system (currently the PFC website) no later than 24 hours after the closing of the practice bid .”

What contractual requirement is the company not in compliance with?

Thank you for posting.

Didn't get the FCIF.

Make sure you have ADM/GEN selected under the filters in CrewNav. I wasn’t getting those FCIF’s until I changed the criteria.

Thanks opas.

Used to have that ADM/GEN selected before the FCIFs went to CrewNav. Something happened in the transfer maybe. Re-selected.

I wish you all a very happy displacement

be sure to thank your LEC, NC takes care of the top percent but did nothing to help you on this bid…. Could have recommended / adjusted max staffing vs cost of ITU vs displacement costs. Let the nerds run the numbers. If the numbers make sense and costs less than it is a no brained for the DRIVE initiative

Another message posted from an uninformed individual who feels like attacking the union instead of pointing the finger at the real problem, management.

And he's probably never been to an LEC or MEC Council meeting either.

You do know the union can recommend all they want and management has no obligation to listen to them. I’m not in the top percent…but I’m also not ignorant.
