Default Mem - lax js

Hey y’all. Currently live in the Nashville area. (Have for a while.) Considering a move west that would put me bout 1:20 from MEM. Just curious hard is it to snag a JS on yall to LAX where I’m based during one of your many daytime nonstops? Is it usually full, empty? Also, once at LAX, if you wanna get to the pax side…. Uber? Thanks in advance.

MEM to LAX is usually pretty wide open for jumpseats from my experience. Surprisingly so. That may all change with the closing of the MD base out there. ONT is usually wide open as a back up too. As far as I know, only option from FDX ramp to passenger terminal at LAX is Uber/Lyft, but I’m not positive on that.

MEM-LAX is usually wide open. SNA/ONT/BUR are always good backups if needed, although those options might not have the frequency you’re looking for.

As far as transport, ride share and public transit are your best bets. I’ve heard of people walking down near Proud Bird to grab a bus to the pax side, but have never done it myself.
