We will vote yes! It's the participation and yes vote percentages that matter now. It's time to put the Memphis sucks vs commuting sucks arguments aside for a while. Everyone who lives or is day turning Memphis, needs to be at the meeting on Tuesday. Everyone who can make the up coming picketing events, needs to be there!

It’s about time! I’m glad that the MEC Chair has finally acted. Seeing this bid and hearing the company’s plans has strengthened our resolve. Count me in. Voting YES to STRIKE!
Unless the currently TA’d section 1 has strengthened scope, then we need to make sure we don’t approve any future contract offers that don’t include STRONG SCOPE and NO CONCESSIONS. |
Time to show Raj and DE Shaw that if they're willing to burn it down then so are we - and we'll do it first (before they've stolen all the money). Let's not sit here and be slowly bled to death. I'd rather start over somewhere else than go through that. I've seen it and been part of it before. It's not worth it.
It's past time to play hardball with these people. |

Amazing how things have changed so rapidly although everything seems rather cyclic as a majority if not all of the top tier largest employers enjoy their moments in the sun and fall back into the shade. Hopefully your time back in the sun comes soon and you enjoy the benefits of the work and effort these past years. May you bring everyone up on your path to success. We’re rooting for y’all.

This has been a long time coming For many years the analyst have been pushing FedEx to consolidate networks because of the high costs. Now with FS moving on and ESG requirements, they have to. |
We have been ridden hard since 2015 and then put away wet by this new management team. They want to eat the whole cake and leave us nothing but crumbs. Our pilots - from those new on property to those who have been here for 25+ years - BUILT that fking cake!
Easiest Yes vote I can remember. Happy to give the MEC the ability to call a strike. |

Check your emails. Strike Vote opens on April 18th!
there will never actually be a strike though. It’s just a formality, like ‘I’ll still respect you in the morning” “I would never treat you like that”. “ how do you know the baby is mine”. , |
