If the results are strong, the NC chairman should quietly walk into the next negotiating session and show them to the company. Next, you give them a deadline to make a deal before you begin to distribute those results to FDX's biggest corporate customers.

Yea I just realized I didn't complete my post, before my kiddo grabbed the phone. The second sentence was going to be "Of course based on the strength of the results."
