Only if we vote NO! It will come down on the shoulders of those hired after 2015 to swing it and give them the double birds on the TA. I've seen this too many times before, the older groups don't have the backbone. Who knows, maybe 4th contract is a charm. I'm a HARD NO! + RECALL.

Nice try at dividing the groups. Why don't you wait to see what the vote is before saying the senior guys have no backbone?

You can recall your MEC prior to the voting completion… just ask the UALPA.

+1!

Our FDX policy manual directs us to the ALPA constitution and by laws. From there it looks like Recall is contained under Article IV section 13 and Article XVI section 1

ALPA constitution and by laws I pulled from FDX ALPA site is dated Sep 18, 2018

is anyone seeing something different?

It is imperative that everyone writes their block reps to have this stopped before it's too late, Ala United.

The references above are also a good place to start for the recall process should it get to that point, which it is. The next MEC meeting is July 17-21, BEFORE the close of the TA vote.
