After a thorough review of TA, which all of the naysayers and NO voters on this forum have obviously not done. Here are some facts, not rumors, lies and scare tactics the NO voters rely on:
-Pay increase above inflation and industry leading- YES, just look at charts in Sec 3.
-Retirement increase one of the best in the industry- YES, Read Sec 8.
-Vacation still best in industry.
-Scope very little change still substantial penalty’s that the company will have to pay.
It’s so much easier for all of you vocal NO voters to just slam every aspect of the TA rather than OBJECTIVELY read it!!!
You Emphasize in your arguments very minor issues like R16, Vacation sell back, etc. and ignore the big items such as Pay and Retirement!
What really shows your true colors is that some on this forum are actually advocating to boycott the road shows.
I guess they are afraid the pilots will be educated with facts, not the dribble posted on this forum, and become YES voters!
You sound like a bunch of entitled spoiled brats that want everything and unappreciated of what we have achieved in this TA.
I pray this TA passes and all you disingenuous wining entitled snow flake NO voters are miserable with your
Industry leading PAY, RETIREMENT, and VACATION.

Devils in the details
Hummmmm............
Figures don't lie but lairs do figure!!!
Does this include the Delta profitshare or nah?
Delta pay increase 18% DOS then 5%, 4%, 4%
FDX pay increase 14% DOS then DOS+6mo 3%, 4%, 3%, 3%
Not only does this TA lag the industry leaders in actual pay rates it also lags in percentage increases.
But I'm sure the re-education roadshow told you exactly what they wanted you to hear. Just like the leading survey questions and the Assumptions posted above
Trip Compensation – Based on monthly average hours for each carrier at top of scale rate
TA – 777 – 93 per month = 1,116; based on 20% differential from 767; 6.48CH/Day vs. 5.4CH/day for all other fleets
TA – 767 – 78 per month = 936; Average of line targets = 72 (4week) and 90 (5week)
UPS – 85 per month = 1,008; Average line value per UPS TA documents
DL 350 – 78 per month = 936; based on monthly average line value
AA 777 – 78 per month = 936; based on monthly average line value
UA 777 – 78 per month = 936; based on monthly average line value

I keep hearing on this Forum from 777 guys “ the company owes us for all the extra flying and hotel lockdowns” during the COVID boom.
Before COVID all I heard from the 777 guys were
“Life is great it’s like a different airline”
“I can’t believe how much money I’m making”
“I get to fly in my pajamas across the pond”
“I love my 36 and 48hr international layovers”
I know during COVID some countries had instituted some harsh lockdown procedures, but how many of those trips guys were flying on draft getting paid 1.5 to 2 times normal pay.
Sorry guys we have to take the good with the bad and press on and stop all the whining about how hard you worked during COVID.
Same with the TA take the good(there is a lot of it) with the bad(very minor issues) and let’s all press on with our lives.
!!!YES!!!

The good is supposed to include the majority not just the senior. %61 of our pilots fly aircraft that regularly across oceans. Why should they be sacrificed for those about to retire?
