a solution looking for a problem . Im so glad our negotiating committee spent time on this. I'm quite certain it polled very high.

Sounds like someone’s upset that they may have to share when draft resumes. Draft probably polled higher than scope.

I've not done a draft trip in 5 years. I don't fly extra thanks. Sounds to me like you wish you could.

Wonder what the ultimate figure is at the end of the year. RS the other day told a buddy that the number was only like 27 (can't remember, but it was low). CN said it was only like 7?????

They won't get the big exodus on the top, it'll be from anyone 1000 or below who sees the stagnation and concessionary contract as the new norm. All while their buddies are upgrading to NB Capt elsewhere.

NB captains elsewhere, at 2 years seniority, out earning all of us except our 777CAs

You gave a different impression less than a year ago.

Stand by my previous statement. If you really want to do some forensics check my schedule. Otherwise you're just running your mouth. Not only do I not fly extra took me 15 months to get off hi mins.
Hope your other suppositions are better researched and supported. TTFN

And yeah I think the whole flying your schedule will give us leverage is complete and utter BS no matter how much folks around here repeat it. Our negotiating position is pretty poor and the results speak for themselves.

No lies here. This place is trash people were selling rainbows and unicorns. Only thing actually here is.
regional airline reserve rules
lowest pay around unless you hit the 77 social lottery
awful schedules flying from 8pm-7am
zero movement

i don’t get the draw of working here and why it was ever thought to be superior to anywhere else.

Which makes me wonder why you think we can do so much better with a rejection of the TA. When we spoke on the phone, I was under the understanding that you thought we had a great negotiating position now and we should vote “NO”……

I’m not trying to play “gotcha”….I’m trying to understand your position.

Because when other airlines were losing money, furloughing, and going insolvent to get rid of retirement programs, then using that money to buy little airplanes…and attacking their mainline flying, FedEx was making money. We don’t experience the ups and downs and turbulence like pax carriers. Sounds like you had no idea of our business model or our system form when you applied here.

What was your thought process when you applied here and then took the job versus…for example Delta?
