UPS offering early retirement
#32
Only applicable to those who WERE at least age 54 on Nov 2, 2015 and had a least 10 years of Vesting Service in the Pension Plan as of Nov 2, 2015
That chart and verbiage is 8 years old, and was not updated in the failed TA1.0. It only applies to pilots who are roughly 61 or older right now. Looks like the company is no longer concerned about incentivizing Advanced Notice of Planned Retirement. NO SOUP for the youngins! (i.e. anyone under 61)

So ya'll are telling me that a FedEx pilot could utilize RSA, DSA, and Vacation (receiving full pay) for nearly a year (or longer for some) before they had to go on LTD (Long Term Disability 60/50% pay)?
