If that sounds crazy to you, there is a reason for that, it IS crazy. However, if you are in Block 4 that is what your sitting Block 4 Representative actually told the National Mediation Board at their October meeting. Yes, you read that correctly, a duly elected Representative of FedEx pilots told the NMB exactly that, 10 years. Ten years without a pay raise, ten years with no retirement improvements, and ten years of hundreds if not a thousand or more pilots who will retire left behind.
How can this happen? Here's how, a small number of highly organized and motivated pilots have hijacked our Association. They preyed on the fear, apathy and greed of pilots who chose to get their information on Jetflyers and even worse from anonymous posters on Airline Pilot Central instead of from their elected representatives (with the exception of the Block 2 Rep.) The group even has a name and conditions for membership. It's a secret society that calls for “transparency, unity and solidarity”. The group is the FedEx Freedom Flyers and a condition of charter membership in their group, was that you be unvaccinated against the COVID virus. But, this letter isn't about the vax or COVID, it's about making you aware of who is controlling our Association and how it affects you.

A former FFF who was a replacement for the recalled Block 7 Rep went against the will of the FFF and now they are organizing to recall him after only a couple of weeks in office.

Either the person that wrote this is too obtuse to understand hyperbole as a rhetorical tool, or they are being intentionally disengenuous and utilizing the same fear mongering they accuse FFF of using. It is depressing to know that we have such simple people in this crew force, who are so upset they didn't get an industry lagging contract that they feel the need to demonize and divide. 57% of the crew force turned their noses up at the TA. That is around 3900 of us. FFF has 362 members. FFF didn't sway this, and their position on the features and flaws of the TA isn't monolithic, but it is coherent and cohesive, unlike the screed above.
