man. The politics (at least the loud ones)of this FDX MEC and its pilot group is toxic. Everybody needs to turn the gun on the real enemy, and stop shooting in a circle. It’s embarrassing. I’m not sure I’ve ever been this dissatisfied at a company….i know, leave!! 🫠

The same pilots that were building a database of people to deny jump-seats too and also scheming to delay the seating of duly-elected reps. They aren’t innocent, their actions are abhorrent and unconscionable.

I still hope you get everything you’re looking for in the next TA. The guy you’re crapping on is doing a hell of a great job trying to make sure you do.

Nice first post. What is your real screen name you usually post under. You guys sure like to use the word unconscionable. Buzz word of the year?
Nice conspiracy theory about jumpseat denial.Talk about scheming, what did the TC eight just do last week, all kinds of openess and transparency.

Who did he go after exactly? I have a copy of it right in front of me. He exposed a circle of management pilots, union workers and line pilots who were actively conspiring against the will of the true majority.

So the minority is just supposed to lay down and not fight for their beliefs? You guys have gotten too many participation trophies growing up.
if you can't figure it out for yourself you drank to much of the JF koolaid.

When your beliefs include:
”the majority is wrong”
”what the majority wants doesn’t matter”
”retirement improvements are worth compromising/sacrificing industry leading pay and QOL, and job security”
“we’re never going to get better than TA1”
Then yes, absolutely, you do need to put aside your beliefs because you are not helping your peers or even yourself at this point.
If your belief was simply:
”retirement needs to be improved”
Then you’d actually find that you have a lot in common with the rest of us, and we could move forward instead of trying to simultaneously fight the company and guys like you that want to sacrifice the careers of the rest of us that aren’t retiring soon.
Just because retirement is the only thing that matters to you, that doesn’t mean it’s the only thing that matters. As soon as your screaming little minority group gives up their relationship with management and rejoins rank with the union things will start going a lot better for all of us. We don’t want to leave you behind, because that means leaving behind the good guys in block 1+2 that voted no, but if you keep dragging us down instead of supporting us, you’re just going to make this process take even longer and put your retirement fix even more at risk.
To me it sounds like you’re the one who wants the participation trophy (retirement) without having to show up and fight for it or work as a team player with the rest of the team.

Be careful about posting them here. Despite the public nature of the group they were posted in, apparently posting screenshots or even direct quotes from that group has ended up with some pilots on indefinite NOQ.
