Absolutely no one is asking anyone to advocate for illegal job actions. And anyone thinking our only options are illegal is an idiot. Wipe those ideas out of your mind. They aren't on anyone's table.
Now explain the legal courses of action you think we should be taking that we aren't.

the way forward is listed on the fdx alpa website. give it a read.

What does this fight entail? Is it picketing that seems to increase the stock price? All that national news we got as a result? Just trying to figure out what fighting is - we know from 318 that it's just flying your so what is it?

Sure whatever - everyone has personal choices that are 100% legal - you clearly are part of the problem (love how you're quoted in Freight Waves too - that was pretty funny. ) Love the name though - anthrax as in toxic. Correct.

IMHO, fighting entails replacing the MEC beta cucks that not only forwarded us a divisive TA but went on to disingenuously sell it like used car salesmen. Fighting means replacing the management-friendly NC chair rather than scheme via WhatsApp to keep him in his seat. Fighting means refusing to accept industry-lagging pay and QOL even if it means we **** off some senior members who care only about a pension bump. IDGAF about pickets, and the stock price/buybacks should only embolden us in this fight as the company throws money around while telling our pilot group to pound sand.

What was the plan by our previous dysfunctional MEC - sell a concessionary contract into ratification with threats of furlough and lies about scope? Any plan moving forward is better than that one.
I’m not happy about the slow pace of negotiations, either. We need to learn from our mistakes, though. PM got hoodwinked falling for “focused” negotiations. Here we are 3 years in with a failed TA and a multitude of ignored expenses/problems (physicals, uniforms, SUB, RSV abuse, etc.). Acknowledge the NC’s overwhelming failure and get it right, even if it takes more time. I don’t like it any more than you do, but I have too much time left at this company to roll over and vote in concessions that will last for decades.
