Wolf Pack members do not have any guilt. They have enjoyed screwing over their fellow crewmembers for years. They blocked their calendars so they do not get called out on trips for being the A holes they are. If one was on my trip they will enjoy no landings. If they do not like it call the duty officer and get pulled off the trip.

The Wolf Pack exists because the company and the union do nothing to stop them. I am not surprised about the company. "My" union not doing anything ****es me off. |
How come the new MEC doesn't go after this problem. Even if it takes a side letter to close the loop hole. JN wants unity, hard to get it when there are plenty of lone wolf operators causing dissenion in the ranks.

I suggest a Dart to make them aware of your desires. The more Darts you can get people to send, the better. |
Christmas parties
I've heard lots of stories about Christmas party donations to schedulers, and flex instructors who made 800K before the flu, international double dead head draft trips with long layovers and few legs which never hit the open market somehow. A system of bribery and kickbacks, corruption. It's the NCAA. Dont' know if the union could prevent it, but what if JD or DRIVE decided to put the nail in the coffin? Really I'm surprised corporate allows it insterad of taking that slice of the pie for themselves. Lots of ways to save money in the training department, Boeing 2 Boeing, deactivate the HUD and all of it's exemptions, cut recurrent to 12 month cycle with 1 day ground school, maneuvers, and LOE. And yes, I know all my buddies are HUD cripples. Having worked for bottom feeders in the past I can testify it isn't pretty when the company stops stocking parts and cutting other maintenance costs.

Wolf's in the Hen house, imagine that.
