Default Wolf Pack

According to the crew bus driver…. Wolves have been de-listed in Shelby County and as such, 'fortunes' may be changing for all. Be that a 'fellow' pilot wishing to occasionally improve his own schedule, the company, or last and most certainly least, the wolves.
I don't have much else to add, my guess is that the company is taking a 'top down' approach to this problem. If anyone reading this is familiar with the actors, it's plain to see with a quick look in Vips.

Well, this BF "team" has certainly been "lucky" for a longtime and while I am not holding my breath because we have heard of attempts to catch the wolves that have come and gone over the years, hoping there can be some light shed on this. More importantly hopefully the CO can plug any leaks discovered in the dam!

Since DRIVE is looking at every penny and walking career servants to the purple promise ,who have done nothing but sacrifice, out the door like a perp walk, it would likely be childs play for bean counters to spot trends and irregular events when it comes to the amount $$ going out the door to a small group of these "team" players. Each and every month after month, before COVID, during COVID and post COVID they never appear to go hungry or run out of that luck. Time will tell.

Just saw a lone wolf picking up a sweet sweet draft trip last week. Blazer and all. You sure about it?

The Wolf Pack steals from the rest of the crew force.

If they are finally being stopped, it is long overdue.

Been hearing about these guys for years here, but seemed like a touchy subject so never asked for details.

What are they doing and how?

Very cryptic man, hit us with the facts. Is it that time of year for the "wolfpack" beat me post? You a Duke fan? You get time stamped once again? Or are you a senior guy, and don't touch VIPS on days off and expect the good trips to just be given to you? 99.9% of the time it's the guys who just aren't quick on open time complaining about guys who are quicker than them. Its kinda funny. But if there is legit pilot/CRS collusion going on hopefully managment can deal with it.

Exactly. Here we go again, for the 100th time since I've been at FedEx. The senior guy can't get an open time trip by checking once a day and will run to a manager's office who was in his new hire class and cry foul. I actually have a friend being investigated right now for literally doing nothing but checking it a lot and crushing senior guys on the time stamp over and over. They even got it so far that they got PNP included in the contract in 2015 to try and help them get trips. Then they got killed on the time stamp with faster guys armed with PNP so they had PM negotiate it to expire!

The same senior folks that will throw your a$$ under the bus on work rules and career earnings for their $39k a year in TA1. They even started a text group to wank in public. It's literally the same guys. And don't let their wanking and lies fool you. They are woefully in the minority. And they can't win a time stamp battle to save their lives lol.

The reason guys can't pick up open time trips and they go automatically to reserves is they claim they are overmanned and need to justify reserve utilization so they don't furlough. I vehemently disagree with the concept, but there are two sides to this. Pretty sweet you point this back to some wolf pack fallacy again.

So all wolfpack-ers are all junior, interesting ? Someone, sounds a bit triggered by the potential that these "practices" are apparently under the microscope again.

BTW it sure appears that the packers have graduated from being the "fastest finger in the west" to constantly benefitting from UFB revisions, extensions and in some cases miracously being revised to DH back to base, many times at the expense of another pilot who gets stuck with a revision to an operational leg to base that the packer didn't want...how else do they cut day(s) off trips and keep getting picked up by the porsche at the gate?

If it is a simple as you say then I guess we will once again see nothing happen to punish the players or change the game(s) so no need to throw around junior v senior or fast v slow or old v young, give me a break bruh.
