Default Disciplinary action

Anyone know why we are looking at taking section 8 sanctions against Don Leopke? Does it have anything to do with this?

Don Loepke ALPA
I try not to post a lot. But when info is passed along that is troubling to me, well, I care about this pilot group. So here it is.
June negotiations dates are happening.
At NMB. Chris Beebe is attending. He is going to give John one final chance to be reasonable. Otherwise... long-term ice 12-18 months. John knows this is coming and talking about going back to the line during the icing. JG is all of a sudden worried about his legacy and being the guy that terminates the pension, and as a result has decided that he wants new hires to have that option. MEC is evenly split. One half wants to ask for release, even though Art Luby has told them that that would be akin to suicide. Pay rate proposal from the company was forced by the mediator. Company wasnt ready so they just dug out the old TA and added a few bucks. They are apparently aware that pay rates are going to have to come up. So, in short, Fullerton and JG, emboldened by blocks 2,3,4,5,7,11... are holding firm knowing full well whats coming in a few weeks. Apparently the young NC member (Alan) is reasonable and wants to make progress but is powerless.
This not good for us if Blks 2,3,4,5,7, & 11 are pushing this agenda. With our actions, there is not even a remote chance we will get released.

I hope someone will post this to JF. The pilots need to know.

You said two things that make no sense. “Reasonable” we are far beyond reasonable. And the company was caught off guard when asked for their pay rates. Couldn’t be a bigger cuck statement. They’ve had their pay rates since the ta.

Don needs to take off his tin foil hat.

Take the words of the SM with a grain of salt, for they are not our friend. They are FOP’s, Friends of Pat.

Does that group (sm) even know what their purpose or agenda is? It seems every time they start a “rumor” it backfires on them. They need a solid rumor chop process.

ALL IN!

Hey Dummy, tell me it's your first negotiation without telling me. Pay rates are the last thing to get negotiated - and we haven't even gotten through retirement, or work rules, or retirement, or deadhead banks, or per diem....so yeah it was way premature. Go back and listen to some of Gustafson's early talks to get a better understanding of how section 6 is supposed to work.

The company and their incredibly expensive legal team has been nothing but successful and happy during this negotiation cycle. It doesn’t require someone to have been through this process before to see that we’re not winning

Seems like a big number on JF and posters here think we are winning.

Yeah why should we ask the company for their pay rates. The most profitable airline in history. And don’t even think of even raises across the board. And I don’t care when you retire, we will get it.
