Hey Dummy, tell me it's your first negotiation without telling me. Pay rates are the last thing to get negotiated - and we haven't even gotten through retirement, or work rules, or retirement, or deadhead banks, or per diem....so yeah it was way premature. Go back and listen to some of Gustafson's early talks to get a better understanding of how section 6 is supposed to work.
The FDX MEC has their entire ask on the table. Been there for months. The problem is, without knowing pay rates, they're unable to cost the remaining sections that need ratifying. Now that the company was forced to show pay rates, it gets harder for them to delay. But I wouldn't hold my breath on that. The entire system (NMB, FDX) is working against us. At least now we have a fighting chance since most on our MEC are no longer company sympathetic.

Anthrax/Max8222,
It's entertaining watching you two go at it. But, good grief, can you spend a few minutes and figure out how the quote thing works. It's like watching my parents work an iPhone. Painful.

Of course it’s not their final offer. But it makes things very difficult when dealing with people who pick up whatever offer is slid across the table. Don’t get me wrong, you are done and we are here.

No, unfortunately it's not. This is a previous post from you:
Where is the blue quote box around Max's words you're quoting? It's not there 'cuz you effed up again. His are worse and more numerous for sure, but come on.
So how are you stepping up? Posting on here? Talk us cheap. The majority you talk about will fold when tested. Company has not even had to try hard with this group. They are doing all the hard lifting for the company.
No. You will fold, origami Max, just like you always did and always will. And you will do everything in your power to fear monger and spread hate and discontent so as to recruit the timid and cowardly souls, you know, people like you.
And don’t berate or belittle me for posting here. You don’t have any more rights to these zeros and ones. all you have is hate and fear in your distended belly.
You post is missing the initial identifier that says to the system "make this a quote from another poster". That looks like this "
"
It's got a bracket, the word quote, an equal sign with the user name of the person you're quoting and then some other number with a close bracket. At the very end of the quote you're posting there another open bracket, the word "Quote" and a close bracket.
That makes everything in between show up the in blue quote box we all know. When you leave out the [ or ] or the word "Quote" or anything else then it just shows up with random words from the person you're trying to quote plus all the new BS you're adding to the fight. You [mod edit] need to figure it out. It ain't that hard.
