yes agreed. However. The company won’t pay it if it is a crew decision to swap seats.

This is precisely my point. It was not a company decision. It was a crew decision.

I can't believe we actually have bootlickers saying you shouldn't call the company and get two guys an extra 1.5CHs for an RFO/FO swap. How could you possibly be against that???? Probably an Air Force O-6

First, I'm not a bootlicker, far from it. Had the swap been initiated by scheds, I would have reminded them to ask for it. However, it was initiated by the RFO, and, at least to me, it didn't pass the smell test. These are the types of shenanigans that get the contract changed, and not in our favor.

No, not Air Force.

I'll just save everyone the trouble my denying the request next time.

If the FO/RFO were allowed to swap on their own and get paid for it, they would swap every leg.

I've seen them pay it many times. First hand.

Now, now Night/Shelbyflyer. Don’t go lying to everyone.. it goes against one of the Air Force core values.

It might go against more than one now. Didn't they add "Loss of confidence" as a core in the Chair Force. I had plenty of chair time.
