Capts flying every leg

Anyone else hear of this? Guess this has recently become a "thing" on the 77. I didnt think those guys were that dedicated since that's pretty much the retirement cruiser.

I cant find anywhere that says the FO must make landings. Its up to the captain descretion.

Nice thing about airport stby is you get caught up on current events around the popcorn machine.

I look at an FO's landings, and if there is an odd number, and he needs some, he gets the extra one. I thought all Captains did that.

are you suggesting that the crabbiest most active SM members of captains are deliberately taking every leg to spite FO’s that may be no voters?

Do the math, if every FO has to go to the sim, how would that work out? Angry SM or smart SM?

Angry SM is redundant.

If there weren't any check airman's, how would that work out?

I could go on and on if .... took a stand we would have a contract. I will refrain from commenting further.

Always trying to push it onto another group. If everyone took responsiblity where would we be?
