Are you not filing for your contractual disruption compensation? It's in the contract.

You will find many of your peers disagree.

After you read the CBA and learn (what you already know) that there is no provision that addresses the level of revision disruption at present, take a deep breath.

I understand your snark and empathize with the pain and hurt you have expressed thru your writings.

I hope you are doing okay, I really do. Here are my go to when the snark cometh. Take a positive step towards something you can control, when you get there take another step, always towards something you can control.

We will get there, again sorry for your pain.

No pain here.

Yuko feigns the high road when they respond with a lot of passive condescension. I flew with an FO who did not know about "Disruption Compensation"...I just tried to make sure this wasn't the case here.

Yuko claimed there is "no compensation attached to it".....which led me to believe this might be the case here....or perhaps they know different but are using hyperbole to get those who don't know worked up.

I was just trying to make sure that those who were disrupted got what they were entitled to under the current contract.....

They we're probably on one of the half dozen trip pay codes that somewhow are excluded from disruption pay. Another outstanding section 25 loophole. "Hey we changed your 2 week trip before blockout so you can either take RAT or sit in sub for 2 weeks". And now there's no disruption pay.

Growth is in Southeast Asia and Middle East/Africa. US and Europe markets are flat or going to slower cheaper options than airfreight.

The business strategies of ABC Anything But China and China Plus One are diversifying the location of manufacturing. They could open new lanes of shipping.

I am hopeful of the plan to enter the greater air freight industry. I just hope purple tails are flying the freight.
