Regardless of CT or TC, early eliminating LAX to get the needed 2/3 to recall JN won't look good to the NMB.

I wouldn't take anything that guy says seriously. He left a job living in base for a major carrier with almost 10 years of seniority to join the FDX dumpster fire. He'd vote yes for any TA and will defened FDX corp at any cost just do justify his egregious career move.

I assume the 'cabal' is the group of 8 who demanded release last March (to force the Company's hand?) Sadly, that was a stupid idea whose financial consequence just keeps on giving.

Why is a company's desire to not negotiate in good faith the union's fault?

NMB employees don't even know if they'll have a job next week. The administration would like to eliminate the Dept of Labor in its entirety. Does anyone think they really care about this at all? I would expect international loads to plummet in the near future.

This is what "we" chose in November. Between the above reality and what your 401k has done in the last two months I hope everybody understands that these are the consequences.
