Another Coup?

Facts. This is like being mad at the Servpro crew for not doing a good enough job and ignoring that an arsonist lit the house on fire in the first place.

At some point the person driving the ship needs to be accountable.....regardless of who used to drive the ship. The argument that starts with Those Guys Before Us......Does not absolve the current Dumpster Fire in the least. Fix the the garbage that's happening NOW instead of retreading the water that's gone under the bridge.

This is so difficult for the telegramers to grasp. Will they ever hold the current MEC responsible for the choices and positions they have held for over a year now???? Will This MEC ever be accountable for us being put on ice last summer? And having our Jan (or maybe it was Feb) dates cancelled?

Hey guys. This is especially critical for anybody that is in LEC 22. That’s blocks 2, 5 and 7
This is 100% fact and being hidden by the morons driving us off a cliff in the MEC.
Grievance 25–01 is our Sam manipulation 4a2c grievance. We waited until the beginning of the year with a clean slate of grievances to ensure that it would go to the top of the list for arbitration.
For those that don’t know, our grievance process is insanely stupid and against the pilots. We can bring as many grievances as we want in a given year and then the company gets to pick and choose which ones they will settle and which ones go to arbitration. It was a very strategic move to only allow one grievance this year so that the company would be forced to take our 25–01.
However, there is an outside the union methodology where an individual member can file a grievance directly superseding the filters that are in place to keep unwinnable grievances from filling up precious arbitration slots.
Capt. Hoffman currently running for block 2 rep, brought fourth grievance to the Alpa attorneys, and they said it was completely unwinnable. Being in the obstinate ass that he is, he decided to take it direct.
The likely result is the company will overlook the all important 4a2c grievance in favor of sending Hoffman’s personal grievance to arbitration. ****ing over the entire rest of the pilot group.
Vote for Hans if you have any sense. Tell your friends.
