I had my doubts about our union leadership, especially with the incredible waste of our dues on the I-240 billboard. But man...have they proved me wrong! No ties, along with an official letter letting the company know how displeased we are. I can almost hear the knees shaking on the company negotiators. I going to one up 'em. Starting today, I will be wearing brightly colored boxer shorts. That will teach them!

This is finally a better excuse than “I left my tie at home, sorry” to not wear an annoying part of the uniform. Keeps your shirt collar from turning yellow in the summer too.

Curious if you watched the NC video from the JCM? What exactly do you find so detestable? You’re clearly anti anything that this body does, whether it’s an attempt to show unity or the actual negotiating effort. What in the ask do you find unreasonable? Do you have any substance other than constantly referencing whatever telegram is?
