To answer your query, I saw the tie effort for what it is, a unity effort. It is absurd to expect total compliance, have we gotten compliance on last ALL IN lanyard, don’t see it.
One month of NO TIES! It’s not moving the needle a millimeter. The company says no ties that’s ok with us. Here’s another October sandwich of 58 hours monthly guarantee and a 2015 pay rate. Good luck paying your kids college tuition. But remember how lucky you are to be here at FedSux. The BEST job in aviation.
