Default Don’t come here!

Title says it all… FedEx was the place to be… now I don’t even tell people who I work for. If I ship, it’s UPS because I would rather give them the money… the FedEx discount is laughable, actually got a better discount at a previous airline.

Glad the board and shareholders are happy because the employees are leaving in droves. I guess it’s nice to rake in cash on the backs of your employees… until the employees stop working for you.

This dumpster fire will be DHL 2.0

I really hope I’m wrong and we get a contact protecting jobs, but I’m doubtful. I have a feeling the pilots are so tired of this **** they might sign something that floats their jobs away for a few extra dollars in pay and retirement.

If I were in the position of PD… or any of the chiefs I would have stepped down and gone back to the line in support of the pilot. This would be something a real leader would do. We are all pilots and have a code… we are not corporate droids.

It’s amazing management is willing to hurt families and employees for personal gain. Shame on you

Considering you guys aren't hiring, people couldn't go there even if they wanted to, so this post is a little redundant.

If this place was a squadron, the leadership would have been fired long ago. There is more actual accountable leadership in a squadron than a F50 company, which isn't saying much.

You talking about Union leadership?

Seems like the company leadership is doing their jobs. Making money for the shareholders.

Is this post supposed to be a way to relive stress, air your grievances, a public negotiation tactic, or are you just that angry with life that you feel the need to spread detritus all over the internet. Time will tell after a new TA happens one long day from now combined with economic circumstances what the future will look like. For now try not to let the corporate machine live rent free in your head. Do you think FedEx is unique to what’s going on then you’re very out of touch with the happenings of the late in the US of A.

Default Bowing out

The good duty officers have stepped down, only ones left are angry management dick weeds who lack emotional stability.

Demented angry captains age 60-65 are determined to hang in till the last day, also hoping for age 67, while the more competent and higher character guys are retiring early.

Well they are hiring from the Purple Runway program. It’s genius really. Hire into the absolute worst job in aviation flying 3 legs a night in an ATR so that when you “flow” into the second worst job in aviation flying 3 legs a night in a 757 it will feel like a promotion, even though you’re still exhausted, underpaid, and wondering how this is the “dream job” you signed up for.
