That’s disingenuous. Apples to apples.
Year 12 WB FO
Them: $330.44
Us: $326.71

Year 12 WB CA
Them: $483.74
Us: $456.35

On the WB CA side. That starts us out 6% behind. Then we skip a year, when we get our raise18 months later. Then, it’s only a 3% raise, although the standard is 4%. Race to the bottom with ourselves. In short order we’ll be 10% below industry on pay rates alone. Not to mention total compensation.

You do realize FX has way more WB pilots than the legacies. Try comparing a 12yr pilot at FX to where a 12yr pilot is at DL.

What difference does that make. FedEx has chosen a widebody heavy fleet up to this point. They could choose different tomorrow. Makes no difference in the market driven value of a widebody pilot.

U r so correct. Let’s vote down a 150k retro and pay rates that are competitive with ALL the legacies and a pension of 170k a year that no legacies have so we can negotiate for 3 more years. By then Delta will have a new contract and we will once again be 6% behind or worse. Please bring up Scope bc that’s the new hot topic. Keep voting down everything so we can stay at present pay rates. Be the new TC at FedEx and grow into the angry old Capt u wanna be. U don’t bring up the fact Delta gets 5:15 a day vs our 6. And before u tell me about partial pay on the first and last days consider this: I make more hours per day over a 12 day trip than the legacy carriers over the same time frame. How many legacy carriers have 12-14day trips and then are done for the month. Answer:none
