On the WB CA side. That starts us out 6% behind. Then we skip a year, when we get our raise18 months later. Then, it’s only a 3% raise, although the standard is 4%. Race to the bottom with ourselves. In short order we’ll be 10% below industry on pay rates alone. Not to mention total compensation.

What difference does that make. FedEx has chosen a widebody heavy fleet up to this point. They could choose different tomorrow. Makes no difference in the market driven value of a widebody pilot.
