You had to show me this. I plugged in my numbers and it shows 20 years for me to make Capt. Never been more depressed.

I'm fairly new here and it shows me being a CA in 10-12 years.. Am I reading it wrong?

The FedEx ALPA page has a seniority tracker under the pilot services menu. It is apparently updated as pilots transition in ALPA records to retired status. So...it may lag a few days but it beeps and squeaks updates as the month goes by. Since July of 12 I have moved up exactly 150 numbers as of today. Take a look at the site, and peek at the other stuff going on whule you are there....

I looked at the same dates and got a number that's alot less...

Raising this thread from the dead...

Any info on BI class dates/sizes coming up from people that got hired recently? How long after a successful interview could you expect to start BI?

I interviewed 17/18 Mar. Scheduled for BI: 2 May (MD & FDA folks start one day before the rest of the class). Unsure of total class size but expect it to resemble recent norms - adjusted for the increase in monthly hires.

If you're an MD candidate (read: tailhooker or prev MD exp), seems like you'll start in the next available BI class (first week of each month).

Just my $.02 from a REALLY new guy, FWIW.

Word from the company is 40 per month starting in June, no end in sight. ✈️

Any word on the amount of "active" applications FedEx has to choose from?

Thanks

I thought it read an additional 40/mo up to ~70. They've already been doing 30-35/mo.
